Ambition sets the direction. Execution delivers the result.

I work with business owners, investors and leadership teams who know where they want to go. My part is building what gets them there: clear structures, strong teams and the discipline to execute, week after week.

The quote is about standards, not status. Where an organisation competes today does not decide how it prepares, how it works or what it expects of itself.

Results follow the conditions you create. When people understand the vision, take ownership of their part and hold themselves to a high standard, performance stops depending on a few individuals.

Those same conditions are what good people look for. They want to work where the direction is clear and the bar is high. That is how you attract talent, and how you keep it.

  • Clear expectationsEveryone knows what good looks like, what they own and how it will be judged.
  • PreparationThe work done before the moment that counts. Plans, routines and details nobody sees.
  • AccountabilityCommitments are visible and followed up. Problems surface early, not at the end.
  • Working environmentA place where capable people can do their best work, and choose to stay.

03 How I contribute

Four areas where I put my time.

Every organisation is at a different point. These are the areas where my experience is most useful, and where I usually start.

01

Strategic direction

Translate ambition into priorities and an actionable plan.

Deciding what matters most, what comes first and what can wait. A plan the team can act on, not a document that sits in a drawer.

02

Organisation and people

Align roles, responsibilities and talent with the business vision.

The right people in the right roles, with clear ownership. Structure that supports the plan instead of working against it.

03

Execution and performance

Establish processes, accountability and quality control.

Routines that make delivery predictable. Clear measures of progress, regular reviews and a standard that holds when things get busy.

04

Business growth

Assess opportunities with attention to commercial viability and delivery capacity.

Looking at new opportunities with two questions in mind. Does it make commercial sense, and can the organisation actually deliver it?

How I contribute depends on the organisation, its stage and what it needs. We agree the scope together after a first conversation.

04 About

About me

I am an entrepreneur and business executive. I care about what gets delivered, not just what gets planned.

I founded and co-own a business that generates over $500k in annual revenue, and I previously sold a company to a private equity firm. I have held C-suite positions at companies with operations and revenue in several countries, and I have been involved in the day-to-day management of a professional football club.

Those settings look very different from the outside. Inside, the work is similar. Someone has to make the ambition specific, put the right people in the right roles and make sure the work is done to a standard, every week.

That is the work I do. I am direct, I prefer practical answers to long presentations, and I measure myself by what the organisation can do after I have been involved.

I also have a personal mission: to help young people find their best life through the sport they love. Very few young players turn professional. The habits they learn on the pitch can still take them a long way, and I want parents to see where those strengths could lead.
